Bookings & Payments

• Reservations are confirmed only after we acknowledge your booking request and receive the advance payment (if applicable).
• We may request a partial advance to secure your dates, especially during weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
• Rates may vary based on season, number of guests, and special requirements.

Check‑in, Check‑out & House Rules

• Standard check‑in and check‑out times will be shared with you at the time of booking and may vary slightly depending on occupancy.
• Early check‑in or late check‑out is subject to availability and may involve an additional charge.
• Stonefield is a quiet, nature-focused retreat. Loud music, parties, and behaviour that disturbs other guests, neighbours, or local communities are not permitted.
• Guests are requested to respect the property, local ecology, and community guidelines shared by our team.

Liability & Belongings

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Stonefield is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal items.
• Any intentional damage to property, furniture, or fixtures may be chargeable.
• Certain outdoor experiences (such as trails or treks) come with inherent risk. Guests are expected to exercise judgment and follow safety instructions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will generally apply to your stay, unless otherwise communicated.
